These are some of our most frequently asked questions of us by our customers. If you can't see your question, or you have further queries, please feel free to contact us.

Q. Do you need to attend my home?
A. No, not initially. We can do you a design and quote from either your own measurements or your house plans initially. Once we have the plans we give you a call to discuss your needs, and may even email you some photographs over to clarify what we can do. We will then design your furniture and send over a 3D drawing and quote. Obviously when you go ahead with your quotation we would need to attend and carry out a site measure prior to production.

Q. How long does the process usually take?
A. Our designer can meet with you either in your home or at our showroom to discuss your ideas fully. We will then produce a 3D drawing and quote for your furniture. Depending on the complexity of your furniture and our current workload this can take 2 to 7 days. Once you have approved the design and quotation our manufacture process takes approximately 3- 6weeks.

Q. How can I see what my new furniture will look like?
A. We will draw your furniture in our 3D design package so you can easily see how it will look in your home.

Q. I live out of the CBD, can you help?
A. We are happy to quote customers who are that little bit further away, and we've done installations from Busselton to Geraldton. However we prefer to quote these jobs initially using customer measurements or house plans. Once you accept the design we will then visit your site to do a final measure.

Q. What about warranty?
A. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years, however certain supplied products come with the manufacturers warranty (ie: Vinyl wrap doors have a 5 year warranty).

Q. I have already engaged the services of an interior decorator/architect. Are you still able to help us with our home office needs?
A. We regularly work closely with builders and interior decorators when projects require expertise in the area of wardrobes, storage solutions and home office designs.

Q. What finishes can I have?
A. We work predominantly in laminate on particle board which is available in approximately 50 different colours. We can also complete your furniture in timber veneer , vinyl wrap or painted mdf.

Q. Are you manufacturers as well as designers?
A. We are designers as well as manufacturers and cabinet makers.

Q. Why do you use particle board over MDF.
A. MDF is a good product for doors and horizontal surfaces etc but when screwing into it sideways it will split as it is made of compressed cardboard. MDF also comes in smaller sheet sizes so it is more cost effective to use particleboard.

Q. Can you help with lighting?
A. Yes, we can supply down lights with touch switches.

Q. Do you design only home offices?
A. No, we design furniture for almost any space in your home.  The only areas we don’t do furniture in are kitchens, alfrescos, bathrooms and laundries.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. We don’t have a catalogue as everything we do is custom made but we do have photographs of our work and customer references that we are happy to show you.
